How late/Early do clubs in manchester stay open untill?

me and a few friends are planning a trip to manchester for a night out but we don't want to mess about getting a hotel or somewhere to stay but the first train back isn't until like 6 in the morning so i just wondered how late the clubs stayed open until so we don't have to be wandering round manchester when nothing is open!!!

The gay village on Canal Street is open late - some bars there (Spirit, Barbelow) are open till 4 and Essential, a big club, is open till 6am. The Village as a whole usually has a pretty mixed crowd and people seem to have a great night there - I've not been out there in years but used to go all the time and loved it.

Also, if you're partied out, Nexus on dale street apparently lets people in just to chill out and wait for taxis etc. till 5am, it's an alcohol-free zone and it's to provide a safe place for people who can't get home or are alone, rather than have them wandering about town at night.

It depends where you go..

The only place I know that stays open that late is Jilly's Rockworld, open till 7am. (Rock/Metal club) http://www.jillys.co.uk/rockworld
