around 5-6pm

It depends on the weather.If it's a dark cloudy day then it gets dark quite early.Usually around 5pm it gets dark, earlier if it's a wet cloudy day.

frankie is right. His website is spot-on. It may get darker earlier than the published time if we have thick cloud.

Sunset is about 16.40 in the North of the country and 17.30 in the South.
