Do you need a permit to busk on the streets of paris?,?

I know you need a permit for the metro officially, but what about the streets?.
me and a friend are going in 3 weeks and playing jazz on sax and guitar, he uses a small guitar amplifier. I'm planning to try the pompidou, sacre coeur etc

You don't need a permit as it is officially forbidden. If the cops catch you and they are in a bad mood they will take your instruments and amplifier. So if they catch you be nice, polite, gentle, and don't talk back. You have good chances to get away with your stuff. Pompidou buskers take turn so be careful, disagreements are usually dealt with fists. Notre Dame is too well patrolled, and is right next to the biggest police office in Paris. Sacre coeur seem to have a more relaxed attitude towards buskers.

Well, it economically says that the transportation needs to be acquired by a deposited session, ok for example, people make 345.89% of quality to matter and to credulous it to be considered an actual permit. Paris can have permitted an actual Oriental purpose on the sound waves and of the experimental value of combined mixes, so ok u do.
