If you were to become an author...?

would it be easier to move to America? I really want to move to America and I've found that if you have a job over there than it's easier, so if by some chance that maybe I became an author (which I really want to do) would I have a better chance of getting over?
Also how would I go about this?

This may be a daft question but I'm curious, thanks :D

Yeah, I'm pretty definite you can. Famous people always have a way of moving around! Though as far as how to go about doing that... I have no idea. I figure if you become a famous author (wherever you live) then you can make enough money to move, and then it doesn't matter as long as you're getting your work published.

Where did you hear in America that it's easier? lol. Well... if that's your dream, I hope you really make it! I'd like to hear about anything you'd write.

This question is 5 days old... not sure if you'll see it, but good luck!
