what can it do to improve its development?!
but I see what you mean, well we need more liberty to start with, only in an atmosphere of freedom can individuals explore their talents and pursue them fearlessly, also more political , legal recognition especially to us women, in short we don't need a development but a radical change. the entire socio-politicall-religious system doesn't support our secret aspirations and will continue to impede our developmemt....besides, what do we want as a nation? clarity of vision , long term goals and practical planning are lacking, there are no influential social philosophers and how can there be? the few there are are packaged as corrupt liberals so our perception of them is structured to condemn them before we even read what they have to say and we are not readers as people and excellent at judging negatively especially when we absolutely know nothing, you see the answer for your question is not easy and the solution remains in the realm of ideals..
