What are some holiday websites where I can book a good, cheap, student holiday?

Me and some friends are hoping to go away when we finish A levels this year, most people dont have very much money to spend and i've heard of other people who have booked flights and hotels for under £400. I cant find any wesbites to help me with this and i'm getting slightly confused! Would it be cheaper to do flights+hotels or package, or even arrange our own flights one place and hotels another?? We are hoping to go somewhere hot and near beach (fairly close as friend disabled) In zante, tenerife or somewhere... do you know any websites i can look for this?

If you consider going to Bulgaria can recommend you the following site : http://www.bgholidayrentals.com , you can book self catering accommodation in Sunny Beach like apartment for 4-6 people for around 300pounds/week . Best months to go there are June, July, August and beginning of Sept.
