Well, to start with even a simple thing as emission test for the automobiles.....Russia do not have that. If you go anywhere in the big city, you can smell gas emission everywhere you go. Even the public transportation reeks of dangerous level of gas emission.
No wonder people in our country has the life expectancy like in Africa.

they lack law enforcement against pollution until something gets so bad Putin fixes it so he can put his accomplishment on TV.
