What, do you mean he's got a UK mobile, and so have you, and you're both in Adelaide? If both of you have got roaming enabled, then you simply dial his UK phone number (+44 then the number without the first 0), but this will cost both of you an absolute fortune - you will be paying to call from Australia to the UK, then the phone system will decide where his phone is and pass the call back from the UK to Australia (and HE will be paying for that part of the call!).
