No, because different vehicles have different rates of fuel consumption.
Use a site like AAA, maps.google, or mapquest to find out the number of miles between the two points
Divide this number by the miles-per-gallon of the vehicle you're going to use
Then multiply that number by the average cost of gasoline.
Note that this calculation does not include the cost of any tolls you may encounter along the way.

Do you know how far your car travels on a gallon of petrol? (is it a gallon, oh no it's not, habits die hardly) If you do, work it out from there,
If your an AA member then they can provide an educated guess.
