How do you ring a mobile in Germany (Munchen) from England (Manchester) using a mobile, thank's.?

Thank's for the replies, it's a German SIM card.
I tried the +49 and dropping the 0. All i recieve is a constant beeping noise. They tried to contact me, with the +44, and they also just recieve the beeping noise. Not sure why to be honest.

That would depend on whether the mobile you are ringing has a German SIM card...if it`s a pal who is visiting Germany, with a U.K. SIM in their phone then you just put the uk prefix..+44 and drop the 0 so you would do this +44797******** or whatever.. piece of piss (this would also work even when they are back in U.K.
