when will it be re-open around Piccadilly again ?

If you mean the Metrolink trams, they restarted public service last week - I took one from Piccadilly to Shudehill and back yesterday.
To make up for the inconvenience of the last few months, all trams will be free on Saturday 14th November and Thursday 19th November.
