A domestic holiday is a holiday that you spend in the country that you live in.

Im afraid I have no idea what an inbound holiday is??

Inbound and outbound is normally used to describe the likes of aircraft movements. e.g. an inbound flight is a flight that will be coming into an airport. When you fly out from say the UK to Spain on holiday, your flight out there is outbound, when you fly back home from Spain to UK that will be your Inbound flight.
