Hi, Does anyone know what like Goodison in Liverpool is like as an area to stay ? As i am thinking of moving ?

I would not want to be there, but rents I think reflect the area. As always some parts are OK others are not.
The south end beyond Toxteth say Say Allerton L19 Mossley Hill L18
Childwall L16 Parts of Wavertree L15 around the clock tower and Penny Lane L15 & L18 and Aigburth around the Vale are all OK

not great at all - that's why it's so cheap.
A lot of houses are boarded awaiting demolition in an ongoing development of the area - which is mostly dependent on the new stadium for Liverpool FC going ahead (at present it is stalled)

If it remains stalled and Everton FC relocate to Kirkby it can only get worse.
