Hi MrTubs

I would say it would depend on what you can afford? Whats the occasion a special holiday or a holiday to relax. A good guide would be to look at holidays you have had in the past? when you went on those holidays did you take too much or too little?. All inclusive have a look at the hotel and see if there is a time you are allinclusive or is it 24 hours a day. all spirits and drinks and food. pool bar etc.

If it really is an all inclusive hotel then its just the presents and things you might buy for you and your girlfriend

Have a good holiday

Even if it is all inclusive, there are bound to be things you might want to buy as souvenirs, or optional excursions outside the resort. You might even have to visit a doctor (although I hope not). Usually a credit card comes in useful there, but don't spoil your holiday by not having any cash for such items just in case. Maybe 10% of the holiday cost, just as a rule of thumb?
