I moved into this apartment on the 23 of october and paid for a gate key and the manager still dont have a key?
I cannot move my furniture etc. because i cannot get inside the drive in gate she made me pay for it before i could move in and gave me a key for the walk in gate but that key didn't work i was locked out. can i get reimbursed or some kind of action for the inconvenience? shouldn't she be required to leave the access gate open?
I have had to pay for a motel several times due to not being able to access my apartment. what can i do?
