Help with EYPS application?

Hi
I am a childminder with an undergraduates degree. I am currently in the process of applying for a place on the Early Years Postgraduate Status course. The application has a section called 'age group experience details', this is divided into 3 sections 0-20 months, 16-36 months and 30-60 months. I am not sure what they want in this section as there is a separate section for personal statement. I have experience with all the age groups, but I am a little confused as to what hey want me to write about. Has anyone got any ideas?
Thank you
P.S for each age group there is about half a page

what exactly your experience is in each age group.
how long did you work with each age group?

It's really done for nursery workers who could write in the 0-20 months box:
" I worked for two years in the baby room with children form six months
followed by their duties and experiences...ie, changing, preparing formula feed, weaning onto solid food, food preparation. I have a basic food hygiene cert...etc

You are different. But your experiences are equally valid.
Just write them in
"I have cared for babies throughout the age range of 3-20 months. During this time I had responsibility for...... ( feeding/ nappy/ ensuring outdoor play/ mixing with others/ ensuring adequate sleep or rest/ good selection of age appropriate books and toys etcetcetc. Liasing with parents and professionals etcetce....

have fun!
