Is my hamster pregnant or something?

2 days ago my hamster was exercising and running around. Yesterday i found out her excreting area (lower body) was pink. this morning i woke up and saw it is purple and her stomach was hard. can anyone tell my why is this happening. Thank you.

No, she isn't pregnant. It won't show up that quickly with no other signs.

(Other signs include increased appetite, nest building, slightly swollen abdomen which can be seen when the hamster climbs bars).

What your hamster is suffering with could be bloat, which can be cured with a small amount of strawberry or natural, unflavoured yoghurt.It will loosen her bowels and should help. If not, your hamster will need to see the vet.
