Can anybody please help me with 2 face skin problems?

I have 2 skin face problems. One is I have been suffering from spots about 11 month ago, due to stress (as I broke my ankle). They are on my forehead and are starting to come through on my chin and around my mouth area. Can any body help me on how I can get rid of them or make them less red. I have more on my forehead, but not a lot. Also, number 2 is that I have freckles on my noes, and some on my cheeks. I would like to get rid of them, or at least make them fade. Can anybody tell me on how to do this without surgery? I would like to know these 2 answers so I can stop wearing makeup, as it clogs my face up and I hate it. Thank you, Georgia.

hey :)

okay , so first , the spots.
everyone is probably going to recommend some face wash or spot treatment , which may work , but probably arent that good for your skin. the only thing that works for me getting lots of vitamins - from tablets or fruit and veg, god hygiene - washing my face twice a day, only touching my face with clean hands, keeping dirty hair off my face , LOTS of water, enough sleep for my age, finding the right products for my skin type and not using too much. to find the right products find your skin type, yours if acne prone :) if you live in the uk i recommend amie, the usa - noxzema !
howvere none of these brands do a spot treatment , so here is what I use - Sudocrem ! Yep, it really works because it is antibacterial and healing it even says on the pot you can use it for spots - so cheap and easily available ! just smooth a thinish layer on the affected area every night and wash it off in the morning ! To remove the redness of spots try a calming water spray like from Avene or evian or some tea tree or aloe vera oil or gel .
for freckles there isnt much you can do really - try and find a fading cream but most of them are for stretch marks or veins. i find what works is concealer. i know you didnt want anyone to recommend makeup , but its really the only way, it dioes work and if you get a mineral concleaer they wont clog up your skin and there are some quite cheap ones around.

good luck !

Hi Georgia! Hope my answer will help. Now the most important thing is to prevent the increase of those spots and freckles. Direct sunlight is the most dangerous enemy of our skin and it causes the appearance of those spots and freckles, so you have to use sunscreen. It's the best way to fight the danger of uv rays. Besides, you should use some kinds of cosmetics. I think you'd better use some kind of hydrating serum/lotion. It helps your skin avoid the dryness, one of the reason that makes freckles appear. And to make them fade away, you should have some exfoliant products (just light enough for face). You'd better exfoliate your face skin once a week or every ten days. Goodluck!
