What should i do about my lying friend?

So for a little while she has been off with me, i asked her if anything was wrong and she said there wasn't and that she has just been tired lately because of her new job. I also asked a friend who we are both friends with and she told me i was just being sensitive and she is quiet anyway.

We were meant to be meeting this morning and i texted her to make sure it was still on, and she said no sorry im working. So i take it she wouldnt of even told me she wasnt going to turn up. Then i see she is on msn and she signed out quite quickly.

I haven't done anything, i'm not bitchy and i am nice to her, so what is her problem? She doesn't admit to anything so i dont think talking to her about it would help. Should i just not bother with her?

But i don't understand why she is acting like this towards me? I feel like she doesn't like me anymore.

No, she's your FRIEND. Bother with her, you care about her, right?
She may not be open to tell you straight away, so how about telling her that you think something is wrong, and you know that she isn't going to tell you but if she ever wants to talk she can. Keep telling her this, and tell her how you feel too.
Be sweet to her- give her chocolates and notes with smiley faces on. It will maybe cheer her up :)
