Israel has more accurate force that wil allow to strike all major Iranian cities.

Missiles launched will be guided by Israeli and US satellites.

Israeli Air Force will use Saudi airfields..

Israel can shoot down most incoming.

Most citizens in Israel have access to a bomb shelters

One must not forget THERE IS MORE THAN ONE WAY TO SKIN A CAT

Trust me, If you think that iran is an easy walk over, think again because they have missiles that can reach europe, so israel will be destroyed.

There will be no war. If there were one, Israël would be invaded in a few days i think. Iran is not like Irak or Afghanistan, they have a huge professionnal army.
And if Israël doesn't attack themselves, Iran will not begin a war. 50% of iranians are pro-americans, and there is a huge jewish community on Iran (the second in Middle-East after Israël). Iran people will not allowed a war.
But I'm sure CNN and Fox News don't talk about it...

idk who would win, but if Israel strikes Iran, Iran will retaliate, let me tell you something friend, Iran is not like sissy no army countries like Palestine, Lebanon, or Syria, Iran has a powerful army and weapons, the war would most likely be:

Israel (supported by USA and UK) vs Iran (supported by Russia and China)...

this war is inevitable, and when it does happen, it will be unpredictable, it will be one of those wars where anyone could jump in, you never know what will happen, although i would rather have it not occur, because that would mean i would have to go back to Iran and join the army again, i hate the iranian goverment, but i think someone needs to teach israel a lesson, i hate both countries governments but i rather join my county and support them, no matter what the government, loyalty is loyalty....

EDIT@ShayP - Iran has all of those too my friend, how do you know Iran does not have bomb shelters and stong missle force, i know they do buddy, iran is just more secretive, unlike Israel who goes around showing off and testing and using its weapons against little arab babies, and i understood your comment fiend, just know that there is also more than one way to skin a k ! k 3 (although you fellas have already been skinned, if you catch my drift)

Yes, it would be an air war. The armies will never meet on the battlefield (logistically impossible). Iran's air force would be either destroyed on the ground or on their way to Israel and not the other way around. If Iran ever gets a long range delivery system for their eventual nuclear arsenal, Israel will have to strike them first and then hope for the best. Iran has a better chance of surviving a nuclear attack than Israel does however.

I have said this before. Taking out nuke plants is the easy part. To do so they will have to simultaneously knock out the missile defenses and the Air Force. Easy enough. But.
If the Iranians manage to close the Gulf off Oil from a lot of Arab countries is going to stop flowing out.
So the big operation will be taking out harbor dedefensesnd gaining control of the Gulf.
American warships will be necessary I think. I think they will be there too.

The war would be like the Israel Hizbullah war. the only thing that Israel can do is use there air force to bomb major military tergets in Iran. while the Iranian can use there missiles from Iran, Iraq, Syria and Lebanon. don't forget Iran have few militias on there said like Hamas, Hizbullah, the media army and others to fight for them.

israel will do the same thing it did with iraq in 1980: an attack from the air. iran has a very strong defense but a very weak offense. if the israeli airforce were to attack iran it will need to do so quickly as the longer the jets stay there, the higher the chance of them being attacked and/or captured. iran claims to have missiles that can reach israel so they will use them without a doubt. israel already has a very long range ballistic missile that can hover the globe so using one of them can come in handy if an air attack is not a feasible option. israel has no intention to go to war with iran. they only want to neutralize its "peaceful" nuclear ambitions.
