im in ireland, & im trying to ring an irish number but its in los angeles. what do i put in front of the irish number?

If your ringing someone's mobile dial 003538...drop the 0 in front of the 8 and that should work

nothing, you ring it the same as you would normally, you are not to know where a particular person is at any given time. Ring the number as normal and you will be connected, the person you are calling gets roaming charges.

Nothing, just dial the number ... if their phone can accept calls over there, you'll be able to speak to them. Otherwise you'll just have to wait until they get to a landline and call you.

Yes, Christine is right. When I was in boston to call my irish mobile everyone from home used to dial 0035386 etc. or +35386
