Can predictions be always true?

The chance of a non scientific prediction being true is very low, maybe less than 50%. A genuine prediction should indicate a level of confidence ie 90% or 95%. Even weather forecasts indicate the probability of rain. So no level of confidence or probability then ignore it as bunkum
