If one has mercury in the 7th house of marriage, partnerships and relationships then it states simply(depending on sign and aspects) that communication is important to them and if someones mars is aspecting that mercury then action communication, (how things are communicated depends on the signs and aspects) remember that mars is the planet of war and it can beextremelyy aggressive and seek fights.
