i am looking to travel from london to worcester is there a place where i can go buy cheap tickets also i lik 2 travel around england so preferably a place where i can buy tickest cheap 2 all places plz reply

If you're just travelling from London (Paddington) to Worcester an advance purchase rail ticket is cheaper than one purchased at the time of travel. www.firstgreatwestern.co.uk
If you live outside the U.K. and intend to do a lot of rail travel while you're here a Britrail Pass is excellent value for money. It must be purchased before arrival in the U.K.

best bet i to buy a travelcard, this allows a third of most
train tickets in london and the southeast offpeak

You could try the megatrain. It's really cheap, but you need to get ordering well in advance.
