How do i make legs more flexible?
Ok when i was 15 years old i was able to get each leg at a 90 degree angle without bent legs. I am now 23 years old and recently decided i want to get back into karate and my flexablilty in my legs is rubbish now. I can kick quite high still but to hold my leg out straight is impossible
Please share with me the best ways to regain and even improve my flexibility in my legs so that i can get that 90 degree angle back or even try to do the splits in months to come

Do butterfly stretches. They stretch the groin for high kicks and a high guard in BJJ. Sit down, keep your back straight, bring your heels to your crotch, and push on your knees downward. Don't bounce, you should be able to hold the position. After 4 months of doing this I can put both feet behind my head at the same time, and have the flexibility for a high kick.

Just keep stretching. U might also want to take Yoga classes. Many martial artists and fighters take Yoga to improve flexibility and compliment their MAs.
