What type of plug are used in Austria, i'm going skiing next monthg and i need to know what adapters to take?

The following link will help you whichever country you are going to in the future. I suggest you bookmark it and keep it for reference.

Choose the country you need to find out about by clicking on its initial letter in the first box on the left, That will take you down to all countries beginning with that letter. Read the plug codes associated with it then check them out with the diagrammes on the right. It works simpler than it sounds.

For Example; Austria requires type A or B a two hole plug. Try it for any country.

best to get a set of cheater plugs from a travel store. then you have access to any country's outlets.

They have two flat pins in an inverted V shape with a third earth blade. They sell adaptors at the airport although it's cheaper to take a screwdriver and buy a plug when you get there.
