Ideas wat could be wrong with laptop?access square stoped working but still letting cursor move just not click?

borowed laptop so please help!didn't spill anything on it or do anything i am aware of.have been useing it all day and it's been ok.any ideas

You may have disabled the mouse buttons by clicking a button or pressing a keyboard shortcut. Repost your question with the make / model of laptop, and it may also help if you reword your question.

That was exactly what i did!lol!i noticed
30mins after i stoped panicking that i'd hit the icon on right side of screen which disabled the mouse!i had only ever used my own pc and borrowed the laptop from a friend so didnt know you could disable the mouse.thanks for answer you though were right!
