Can we blog in a Yahoo! platform?

Question

I really, really, like the You! Yahoo or something. The fact that all of our pages can be easily tabbed in one window is awesome. Now, how can we add/inject a blog? Or better, how can we add a blog using Yahoo! platforms? Thanks!

Yes. You can blog via two Yahoo! services for free.

YAHOO! PROFILE:
It is a social-networking profile that includes a blog. Go to http://profiles.yahoo.com to set it up. For a tutorial, see http://help.yahoo.com/tutorials/prof/ind… . For instructions on setting up the blog component, see http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/profile… . Make sure to click the "Settings" link in the upper right corner of your Y!Profile to adjust permissions for the blog area so that other people can see it.


YAHOO! SHINE:
It is a blog service geared toward women. See http://shine.yahoo.com/page/about/ for details.

Go to http://shine.yahoo.com . See the right side of the page and click on the "My Blog" link under your personalized area. There are "Manage My Blog" and "Write New Post" links at the top left of that page.


Other than the above, you can pay a monthly fee for Yahoo! Web Hosting plan at http://smallbusiness.yahoo.com/webhostin… , which has a couple of tools (http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/smallbu… ) for incorporating a blog into a web site.
