Is it needed when you are working in Care Agency office doing administration?
I order stationary, send /receive fax, email, answer letters, phone, send out information to prospective new clients, filing, do all cheque deposits, check crb on new carers, give out application forms to prospective new carers. I was then told after 21 months of doing this, that if I did not train NVQ 2 Care, it would be illegal to work for the company. Is this correct? I am not coordinator, supervisor or manager, or assessor. I was forced to resign as I did not want to take this training.
