If I have 2 weetabix in the morning, an apple for lunch and some pasta for dinner is that enough?

I really want to loose weight, and whenever I look in the mirror I just see an ugly fat girl. I'm 13 years old, and i've tried everything. Making myself sick, but I can't do that. Above is what I ate today, is that going to help me?

Girl, don't worry, im the same age. I have 2 weetabix in the morning.
But you'll need to more than just an apple for lunch. Try a sandwich/toastie/panini/wrap/salad - that kinda thing. You'll need quite alot of pasta for dinner, but if possible, have something with it like potato or pizza.
Do not worry about your weight I've had weight problems before but now I'm perfectly fine, it's just a matter of getting 3 medium sized meals and day and as less snacks as possible.

No it isn't
Good breakfast.
A apple isn't lunch. ( you need more ) A healthy sandwich with the apple would be better, even if it is 2 slices of good bread with some lettuce and lean ham or chicken.
You are going to burn off the calories during school in the afternoon and before dinner.
Pasta is a problem, there is nothing wrong with pasta, but it is the sauce you should be concerned about. Pasta added to homemade vegetable soup would be far better.
In the evening you are not likely to burn off calories unless you exercise.

you might need to get some meat and veg in there and some exercise. everything in balance and u can have the odd treat. also at 13 you should be havin fun not thinkin about loosing weight.
