I like in Cork and I don't know anyone on Y!A who lives near me and I don't want to. I'm anonymous on the internet and that suits me just fine, I have enough stress in everyday life without people knowing the "real" me. If you want to make new friends try boards.ie maybe, all Irish people on there, Y!A is mainly UK and Americans with a few Irish people, esp on the Ireland section.

Nope..i'm from Tipp...best County in Ireland...lol..only time i heard anything about Westmeath was the old song The Westmeath Bachelor by Joe Dolan...

I am in Mayo, but have close relatives who live near Mullingar, and visit there quite a bit. I have no idea if they are on yahoo answers (but I have met another relative in Australia who is).

No but my mum was born in Moate & we used to go there nearly every Sunday when we were kids to meet all our cousins & family..
