I have something that blocks some websites that I would like to have access to , how do I unblock them?

Its nothing to do with parental controls or my settings. I think it has something to do with spyware. Is there something I can download to get rid of unauthorised software like that? And don't tell me to use proxy sites. The only site that I actually want unblocked is 4chan.

Well this is what I found on their site.

Here are four common solutions to problems users might experience:

1.Enable first & third party cookies.
2.Enable JavaScript.
3.Don't block HTTP referrals.
4.Whitelist 4chan.org and all of its subdomains.

Also certain countries are blocked apparently because of abusive posts.

1.Download SpyBot S&D, Adaware 6.0, and advanced systemcare(this is a good program to use weekly, also has built in uninstaller).

2.Open task manager - Ctrl+Alt+Delete, find the process if you know what it is, end task, open control panel-> add/remove programs, remove this program.

3.Use FireFox, most reliable and safe web browser around. (Please do not use I.E.)

try spybot search and destroy, should be able to get it free
