Where would you rather go on holiday...?

Athens or New York?
I know they are both completely different but what's good about each city and where would you go around Summer time?

When are you going? NY is so cold from now until Feb... Nice city, alive, easy to get around, famous for being famous not really for anything more.
Athens- birthplace of Olympics, good food, dusty, dirty (if you go when it's very hot)

Oh! Just saw you mentioned going in summertime. In which case NY is pretty but still just a city....

Personally I LOVE New York city. It's absolutely amazing, indescribable!

I haven't been to Athens though, so I don't think I could give an unbiased opinion. :)
