Firts choice long haul flight not good?

Hi

I have just got back from the maldives after a very good 3 weeks holiday. We flew with first choice and oh my god where they really bad. Has anyone else ever flown with them for a long haul? The plane was very outdated and the seats were ripped the toilets stunk, staff really weird and very unfriendly, food was awful, cold and only gave us one choice when was stated you get 3 choices and water etc was sold out (when you are on a 12 hour flight you need your water). I would like to know other peoples views on long haul or short haul flights that they have been on with First choice that you found bad or even good at that matter. I have flown with tomsons and there related with first choice but the tomsons one was really good compared to this. Look forward to your views. xx

Sounds like you had an awful experience. You really should write to First Choice as soon as possible and set out your concerns about the flight stating date and time of flight as well as the route. Tell them in the letter that you are giving them 21 days to respond.

If First Choice do not respond within the time or send you an unsatisfactory answer then contact the Air Transport Users Council who are the complaints arm of the Civil Aviation Authority. They will be able to help you as it sounds like many of your complaints are very genuine and deeply concerning. www.auc.org.uk
