Whats the temperature like in cyprus in june and july?

im asking coz me and my boyfriend have been looking to book a holiday there next year.

i went in may 2005 and temp was mid 20s and id like it a bit warmer than that but not too warm (not past 35c) coz i have fair skin and one day it got to 40c in gran canaria and i burnt really bad even tho i was using factor 50 so i dont want it that hot!

the travel agent we spoke to said it is only about 30c in july but when they lied to us about the temp in Gran Canaria in july and it was alot hotter so i was wondering if anyone has personal experence of this

I live in Ayia Napa

July and August can be to hot for some people and temperatures above 40C are possible and 35C is Normal.

If you want it a little cooler (Like 30C max) and a bit cheaper, then come in September. You avoid the peak prices during the school holidays and most of the Lager louts have gone home. All the attractions will still be open but the queue's will be shorter.

Come and enjoy.
