You might be able to find rooms like that in the La Defense district - very doubtful that you can find them near Paris central

The local hotel here where i go to the gym has one but not in the rooms. Its also very cheap to stay there and close to all tourist sites.

The one I know it is not an hotel but a studio, a little apartment, which has a jacuzzi for 2 in the room. The apartment is very well organized and the jacuzzi is perfect for two persons.
