Norway, Sweden and Finland?

I am planning a 6 month backpacking trip around Europe, could you recommend any attractions worth visiting in these countries?

No, I can't say I feel like it, why don't you do your own homework?

Well, in Finland do check out at least the capital city Helsinki and perhaps the former capital city Turku as well, and if you like nature then do visit Lapland e.g. in Rovaniemi! Greetings from a genuine Finn!

hi...have been to Helsinki and Rovaniemi. Helsinki is a nice and quiet city. Rovaniemi was very nice also. You can visit Santa Claus's village which is really pretty. Also, finnish nature is just beatiful. But I believe whole Scandinavia has a beatiful nature.

I would love to go to Sweden and Norway one day. Norway is famous for its fjords. But Oslo in the most expensive city in Europe...

I would reccomend you Finland because I was there. But I think Norway and Sweden have loads of to offer too. Im sure it will be great experience.

I would recommend Stavanger in Norway, an idyllic place.

Several people has already mentioned Finland (and I haven't been there, have only been recommended places), so I'll stick to Norway and Sweden.

Norway will be expensive, doesn't matter if you're in the capital or other cities. Buy yeah. Deal with it :P In the capital itself you have several sights, famous parks (ie. Vigelandsparken - heaps of quirky statues, it's the largest sculpture park made by one single artist in the world), the castle, the fortress etc.

It's fjords, cities with northern lights and midnight sun, glaciers, mountain or sea side experiences, all depending on the likes and dislikes. Depending on the time of the year, there's a lot of festivals. A lot of this will also be the same for Sweden, since there's much of the same climate. Not as much fjords, though.

As there's been Swedish nobles for centuries, there's also loads of mansions, castles, fortresses and churches built in the honor of nobles, kings and what-not. Loads to see!
