Need some help on tender skin issue?

Question

for a week now the top left hand side of my back has been really tender....i can't have anything rub against it or lean on anything with out it feeling a bit sore.....my housemate said that she can't see anything there when she looked, no redness or anything.......anyone got any ideas as to what it might be????

Sounds like a problem with the nerves beneath your skin maybe? Get it checked out just incase.
