It's cheapest to use the Flybus. It stops right in front of the terminal building and takes you to Reykjavik bus terminal. From there you can either catch a smaller bus to your hotel, or walk, since Radisons Blu Saga hotel is rather near the bus terminal.

A one way ticket from the airport to Reykjavik bus terminal costs 1700 ISK (Icelandic króna). A return ticket costs 3000 ISK.
A one way ticket from the airport to your hotel costs 2200 ISK. A return ticket (with pickup at your hotel) costs 4000 ISK.

1 USD = 122 ISK
1 EUR = 184 ISK
1 GBP = 200 ISK

You can find more info on the Flybus website: http://www.re.is/Flybus//
