What should Turkey do to stop being incluided in the Developing World (WORLD BANK)?

Greece is in the developed world

Haifa, but Egypt didn´t recive millions in economic aids from the US and Western Europe like my Turkey recived

Any country with large population will face the same situation.
For example look at Egypt, It's huge, many of its lands are fertile, it has gas, oil ,natural resources, labor and great tourism But still you see that Majority of egyptians are poor, because they are around 80 Million!!

The same with turkey it has so many sources (Large land, great location, great tourism etc..) but also large population, i mean Istanbul alone has 17 million+ !! and turkey has 70 million+.
