In 1961 there was a Hotel in Larne, Northern Ireland called O'Neils is it still in existance?

Actually, it was called McNeills, it is no longer in existence. It was demolished in the 90's and an old folks home was built on the site. (McNeill Court)

If nobody comes up with an answer, the local Tourist Information Office should be able to tell you.
Local libraries are also a fount of knowledge since most have a local history section.
I have tried "googling" O'Neill's Hotel, Larne, and couldn't find anything of that name
