all hotel rooms now are sadly non smoking . and it really gets on my nerves as my wife smokes

Some hotels do have 'smoking rooms' they have a vent in the ceiling that sucks out the smoke.
I dont know if the Cardiff Hilton had them though I doubt it.

The website says "Smoking allowed in designated areas" But it doesn't say were they are!
