Compering measurements?

hi I'm stuck on my math homework i would be happy if u can help me thank u.


1. you have been asked to measure out 1.5 liters of water but the measurements on the jug are in centilitres. how many centilitres must you measure out.

2. Dave has 0.3kg of apples. Sarah claims that she has more apples then Dave because she has 350g. Is she right.

3. you have been offers the choice between two Chocolate bars. one weighs. 1.23kg and the other weighs 116g. which bar would give the most Chocolate.

4. which is heaviest, a stone weighing 0.83kg or a stone weighing 0.823kg?

1. centi = 1/100. So you want 150 centilitres.
2. She's right - 0.3kg = 300g, and 350 > 300, so Sarah has more apples.
3. 1.23kg - that's equivalent to 1230g, which is way more than the other.
4. 0.83kg - 830 grams is more than 823 grams.
