Best hotels to stay in at Rome?

Question

Well I'm booking on Expedia (hopefully secure), I'm finding it difficult to find a 'perfect' hotel, I wanted to stay at Dei Borgognoni Hotel but no rooms left :(. So anyway I'm looking for a hotel like that, http://www.hotelbook.com/en/hotel/Italy/…
I liked the room plus it looked really cosy. Anyway are there any hotels similar to this. I really need to find a good hotel. Plus I don't want it to be too expensive say up to £650 per person. (4 people going)

Please tell me there is a hotel like it.
