Nothing easier than that! At Zurich airport, go down the stairs, get your ticket at one of several ticket booths and take the S2 line to "Enge" station. The trip takes roughly half an hour (delays included...). Or take any train to Zurich main station ("Hauptbahnhof"), there change to another train or to the tram/street car to "Enge". A single journey ticket costs Sfr. 6.20, a return ticket is valid 24 hours and can be used for as many trips as you wish within the city boundaries and costs Sfr. 12.40. The hotel is just across from "Enge" station (http://maps.google.ch/maps?source=ig&hl=… ).

For a personalized schedule, try one of these sites: http://www.zvv.ch/en/ and http://www.sbb.ch/en/index.htm.

I agree, don't spend your money on the taxi - they are the second most expensive ones in the whole world (after Geneva).

Thanks guys! I just might take you up on that 24 hour train ticket. We'll be spending a day in Zurich before hopping on a train to Paris. I'm travelling with a friend and its our first time ever in Europe and we're so excited!

Twice an hour, there is the S2 commuter train that goes from the airport to Enge (stopping in the main station and a few other places in between). Probably worth waiting for that one. (Seems to come at every xx:20 and xx:51 and takes 24 minutes in total.)

Just to correct the poster above, unless you have a half-price ticket (which may be worth getting if you're traveling a bit in Switzerland, check out www.rail.ch), it's 6.20 one-way or 12.40 for 24 hours.

I wish I was rich enough to think taxis in Zurich aren't that expensive...

Edit: Oh I see the poster above has again corrected himself, making my comments look silly. I wish it didn't bother me so much when people do that.

Taxis in Switzerland aren't actually that expensive, and they often come with sat nav so the journey should be dead easy.

Ask the hotel. They may even have information on their website.
