Why are the South Asian cities so dirty, poor and full of crap (Dhaka, Dehi, Islamabad and Kathmandu)?

Question

I saw photos of Dhaka (Bangladesh), Delhi (India), Islamabad (Pakistan) and Kathmandu (Nepal)...

and, I got surprised how dirty are that cities... overpopulated, full of crap, water, excrement, some streets are made with sand... etc etc etc

why?

Because they infidels. Indian kill good Paki Muslim. Indian dirty bad people.

Hardly South Asian though are they ?? .. Yes sanitation and the like are 150 to 200 years behind us here in the West .. takes money to invest in the necessary infrastructure , money they don't have .. and not likely to have for a very long time .. So they will remain much the same ... Most of the population don't know any different and would not make the comparisons that you have ... They think it is normal ..

because they are still developing countries...
india was not always like that it was one of the most royal and developed countries in the world in the past.
but i suppose on how countries are managed the country may rise or fall.
i mean like the developed countries of today were not always considered dream countries..

Because South Asians are filthy and know little about personal or community hygiene.

They wasted too much time, energy & resources over stupid wars and strikes due to political differences. Else, they could have done much better.
