According to http://www.skyteam.com/about/travelhelp/… Barbados citizens do not need a visa to visit the UK as a tourist.

The nationals of Antigua and Barbuda, the Bahamas, Barbados, Mauritius, St Kitts and Nevis and the Seychelles are exempt from the requirement to have a visa to UK.
