Airport in Hong Kong?

Question

Can anyone tell me the cheapest (and safest!!!!) way to travel from the airport in Hong Kong to my hotel which is on City Garden Road? Thanks

I have travelled to Hong Kong several times, as a solo female traveller, and never felt unsafe, it is a wonderful destination.

You have a couple of options either bus or MRT. MRT is quicker, but on the bus, you do get a small insight into the Country, and of course the bus is very inexpensive.

Have a wonderful time, plan your time, as there is so much to see and do. Do consider purchasing an oyster card, very good way of getting around, can be used on most forms of public transport. The oyster card can be 'cashed in' back at the airport.

The cheapest way is taking the Airport Bus A11 from Airport to City Garden for HK$40 (approx GBP3.12) for 18 Stops and approx 1 hr of your time. Like what the above had said, any transport is safe in Hong Kong and its also the most direct way from Airport to the City Garden Rd, which is located near North Point at Fortress Hill Area.

All of Hong Kong is extremely safe, so that is not an issue. Hong Kong has virtually no violent crime, unlike cities in North America and other parts of the world.

Garden Road is in Central, so you can can take the MTR from the airport to get there. Subway map is attached below.

HI You can ask your hotel if they have a courtesy bus which run to hotel , if they dont look at the aiport web site and the site that BSHERMAN gave you

You can walk to your hotel, or even got there by roller skating . isn't it the the cheapest way ? lol !!!!!!
