Nice hotel needed in Phuket away from heavy party scene?

any suggestions please?

Would like to be bear some nice resturants and a decent beach that has stunning sun sets?

The Marriott in Mai Khao is nice...but is far away from doing a lot of things on the island & you want to figure out if you plan on going out & doing things like shopping or other . The Kata Thani is a very nice hotel in Kata Noi.

A good option would be the Laguna area in Cherng Thaley, and you could also look at Surin, Kata, Karon & Kamala for a more relaxing area than Patong.

Other options might be in Nai Yang or Nai Harn...but I think the beaches at any of the above are the nicest on Phuket Island.

I spent a week with a friend in a lovely 2 bedroom villa at the Marriot Resort - lovely and deserted, [but for other guests] beachfront.. it is in the north of the island and not near anything, so expect to mostly stay put but they have several restaurants on premise and all is terrific - from the moment you walk into the lobby you are in tropical luxury

The Katathani in Kata is nice as well as The JW Marriott in Mai Khao.
