Marrakech - Morocco any advice/opinions?

Question

We are thinking of travelling late Nov/early Dec (2 adults and a 5yr old)

-Would it be ok for a 5year old?
-Any hotel recommendations?
-What is Marrakech like?
-What is the food like?
-Any etiquette?

And any other useful information.....................

what a great time to go I am an american and went to Morocco back in 2004 I was married to a man from their, it wont be as hot in that time so u will be more comfortable I suggest taking along a light jacket as in the night it can get chilly, as far as I can see take ur child u won't have any problems they have many 5 star hotels their 1 that winston church hill stayed in. marrakech is soo beautifull and u will have many things to do they do they have snake charmers and monkeys, so if u r leary of snakes u can avoid this area like me lol the food is one of the best in the world I swear till this day I search out food from their try the cous cous ohh and they have many places u can sit and eat fresh fish and many other things u just have to choose and coffee shops try their tea u will be loving it! as far as etiquette I didn't do anything that I didn't do in usa they are more lax ed in Morocco than say egypt I just wore my normal clothes I attached this site I highly recommend u go their it can answer more of ur questions their are many recommendations in their for hotels in marrakesh I wish u the time of ur life u will want to go back and bring home some tea am sure u will miss it ! tc ry P.S. GO TO THE BATH! DONT MISS IT I SWEAR U WONT REGRET IT ITS CHEAP TO! it has 5 rooms each gets hotter u will need ur own bucket and cleaning sponge but thats it u will never feel as clean as when u come out of their I swear don't miss it!
